Andre Oboler

Dr. Andre Oboler is CEO of the Online Hate Prevention Institute, honorary associate in the La Trobe Law School, Vice President (MGA) of the IEEE Computer Society, IEEE Global Public Policy Committee member, and an Australian Government Delegate to IHRA. He is a consultant to companies, governments, and civil society organisations on online harms such as hate speech, radicalization, and disinformation. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Lancaster University (UK) and a first class honours degree in computer science and LLM (Juris Doctor) from Monash University (Australia).
