Sampath Veeraraghavan

Sampathkumar Veeraraghavan is a globally renowned technologist best known for his technological innovations and social impact in addressing global humanitarian and sustainable development challenges. Throughout his career, he has led business-critical strategic R&D programs and successfully delivered cutting-edge world-class technologies and solutions in the areas of Generative Artificial Intelligence, Conversational AI, Natural Language Understanding, Cloud computing, Data privacy, Enterprise systems, Infrastructure technologies, Assistive and Sustainable technologies. He is the founder and president of “The Brahmam Innovations,” a pioneering R&D organization that delivers next-generation social innovations to address global challenges. Sampath served as the 2023 IEEE Eta Kappa Nu (IEEE-HKN) President, 2023-2024 IEEE HTB Past Chair, 2021-2022 HAC Global Chair, and 2019-2020 IEEE SIGHT Chair. He is credited with launching several innovative global programs in the IEEE humanitarian engineering space like IEEE Humanitarian Technologies Board, SIGHT week, SIGHT Day, and Global HAC Summit. He has also served as an expert in the Global School Connectivity Initiative (GIGA), co-chaired by UNESCO, UNICEF, and ITU, and has delivered 500+ keynote/Tech talks in global forums and conferences.
